Il secondo volume della serie prende in considerazione solamente la Jugoslavia a partire dai due movimenti nazionalisti precedenti: pancroatismo trialistico e panserbismo. Particolare attenzione viene posta sul movimento Ustacha, il fascismo serbo di Stojadinovic e le milizie cetniche. Segue la cronologia dal 19178 ( firma della Dichiarazione di Corfù tra Nikola Pasic e Ante Trumbic) al 1959 (morte di Ante Pavelic).
